information for disabled participants

Wheelchair accessibility  – The parade route is wheelchair accessible though there are places with cobblestones. If you would like assistance on the route please contact info@dundeepride.com before the event or one of the event team on the day (wearing purple). The City Square is wheelchair accessible.

British Sign Language – The main stage will be interpreted by Tayside Deaf Hub. In addition interpreters will be available at security to answer any questions. If anyone requires interpretation during the day, please let one of the event team know.

Disabled Toilets – The Pamiloo mobile Changing Places Toilet will be on site all day. This provides fully accessible toilet facilities for people with complex needs who need specialised equipment and additional space. There is also a disabled toilet in the Youth Zone in Marryat Hall.

Sensory overload – The bottom of the Pride bus, the TA Safe Bus and the Youth Zone all have quiet spaces. The stage will use colour changing lights, but no white strobe lights will be used.

Guide dogs are welcome in all areas of Dundee Pride
